Antique ring centering upon a .75 carat cushion-cut ruby with GIA stating it is untreated and from Myanmar (Burma). Mounted in 18k gold and platinum. Swiss and likely imported from England. Center: 13.2 x 11.9mm, shank: 1.9-2.2mm. Circa 1920.
