Antique Victorian navette shaped dinner ring centered with an approximately 5.45 carat GIA certified natural oval-shaped pink topaz. Seemingly suspended within an openwork frame accented with approximately .48 carat of rose cut diamonds. Made in sculpted 18k yellow gold and silver, displaying a rosebud and heart motif. Comfortable fit. With French hallmark and maker's mark. Circa 1850.
