Recently, we had the pleasure of working with a client who wanted to create a custom engagement ring to pay homage to a ring his fiancée once owned and loved. He desired to blend the essence of the original with his own unique touches.

Working closely with our team, he decided on a setting inspired by our Prism Shifter, but with significant custom modifications.
The Diamond Selection and Creation
Selecting the perfect diamond is a crucial step in creating any engagement ring, and we take this process very seriously. We provided our client with two rounds of diamond options, carefully curated to offer a variety of specifications and prices within his budget. This approach ensured he had a range of beautiful gems to choose from, each meeting our high standards of quality.
He ended up choosing a beautiful 2.57 carat antique old mine cushion center diamond. To add a modern twist, the client chose to have baguettes and round diamonds on the shoulders inspired by the Prism Shifter.
He had a strong vision and took an active role in the design process. His creative input was invaluable, and it was a pleasure to work with someone so engaged and passionate about the project.
The Final Outcome
The result was a stunning hybrid ring that beautifully merged homage with originality. The antique old mine cushion diamond, complemented by the baguettes and round diamonds on the shoulders, created a dazzling and unique piece that exceeded our client’s expectations.
