STEP 1—Contact Us

Start by reaching out with any inspiration you have—whether it’s a setting from our Erstwhile collection or a vintage ring you’d like to recreate. You can also explore our archive of sold vintage rings as a starting point.

We work with clients worldwide, both virtually and in person at our NYC showroom. Some clients visit us in Midtown Manhattan, while many complete the process over email and video. Based on your initial direction, we’ll outline pricing and a timeline. If you’re unsure where to begin, we’ll guide you through the options.

STEP 2—Diamond Search

Once direction and budget are set, we begin sourcing your stone.

We specialize in antique diamonds and have access to rare and exceptional gems. You’ll receive a curated selection tailored to your criteria, shared via images and video, or viewed in person at our NYC showroom. This stage is collaborative—an opportunity to refine your preferences and learn more about antique stones.

STEP 3—Creation

Handcrafted, one of a kind.

After finalizing your diamond and design, our master jewelers bring your ring to life using old world techniques.

Custom rings typically take 4–6 weeks to complete once your stones are selected and a 50% deposit is placed. Timelines vary based on design complexity and the diamond sourcing process.
