Extended Holiday 2023/24 Return Policy

Take advantage of our extended holiday return policy. All in stock items purchased in December are eligible for a full refund if return is arranged by January 16th 2023. Please contact us by January 16th if you would like to arrange a return or exchange. We will provide a free return shipping label.

Standard Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt in the US. We offer free shipping on returns; contact us to arrange a return or exchange. We will provide a free return shipping label. Returns without our knowledge which are then lost/stolen in transit, are the sender's responsibility.

If you are unsure about your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receipt to discuss the return or exchange. Customers must contact us prior to shipping returns so we can issue a free shipping label.

Custom and Made to Order

Customized and made to order pieces including engagement rings and all Erstwhile bands are final sale.

International Returns

We do not offer free return shipping on international orders. International customers are responsible for insured returned shipments, as well as all duties/taxes/tariffs that Erstwhile might incur by receiving the return.
