Vintage ring centering a GIA - G color, SI2 clarity 0.77 carat marquise-cut diamond, 4 single-cut diamonds, approx. 0.04 carat, and flower buds with leaf engraving, platinum. Retrofit to lay flush in front of a wedding band less than 2.7mm. Center h:12.5mm, band: 1.6-2.15mm. Circa 1920.
A marquise-cut often translates larger than its carat size. It's hard to believe this knockout is only .77 carat!
