Vintage ring centering a carved sugarloaf emerald of circa 1.90 carats, with GIA stating it is natural and moderately enhanced. With half-moon-, baguette- and single-cuts of circa 1.85 carats. Millegrain platinum, signed Ellis Bros. with maker's mark. Center: 12.5x17.5mm, shank: 1.3-3mm. Circa 1920.
It's very rare to find an Art Deco carved emerald of this color and aesthetic quality. Ellis Bros. was a fine jewelry store based in Toronto, Canada.
