The Strata 2.09 engagement ring is a By Erstwhile original design handcrafted in NYC. The ring centers a GIA certified 2.09 carat antique square emerald cut diamond. This rare early step cut displays the hallmarks of handcrafted diamond cutting—broader steps, a higher crown, and a softly open culet that create a deep, mesmerizing hall-of-mirrors glow. Unlike modern Asscher cuts with standardized proportions, antique square emerald cuts show subtle variations and hand drawn facet junctions, giving each stone its own distinct character. The diamond is set in a classic 4 prong platinum setting and flanked by three graduated baguette diamonds bezel set to either side. Each baguette is carefully matched for coordinating color and clarity. An ultra low, elegant profile highlights the crisp geometry of this mid-20th century inspired design.

Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt in the US. We offer free shipping on returns; contact us to arrange a return or exchange. We will provide a free return shipping label. Purchases shipped back without our knowledge will incur a fee equal to 10% of the purchase value. Returns without our knowledge which are then lost/stolen in transit, are the sender's responsibility.
