Antique Victorian ring, circa 1870, centered with a cushion-cut garnet in a silver-topped gold setting. The garnet is surrounded by a cluster of rose cut diamonds, also set in silver. The tapered band is crafted in yellow gold. Closed-back setting typical of the period, with visible patina to the silver. The overall form and construction are consistent with mid to late Victorian cluster rings. Low profile on the finger for comfortable, everyday wear, dripping in gothic drama.
